This time a half a million dollar four unit residential property located in the heart of Wynwood. Unit By Unit we worked on the quadplex and transformed it into what you see now. Everything from structural wood trusses to the bathroom and kitchens were remodeled by Fikon corp. Plumbing electrical and mechanical also done by Fikon Corp Subcontracting divisions respectively. Category: General Contracting, Remodeling Wynwood Triplex Thanks to the big burst in popularity, Wynwood art district is quickly becoming one of Miami’s main attractions, making for great investment opportunities. The Wynwood project was done entire by Fikon. Kitchens, bathrooms, Flooring etc. When we first got our hands on unit A it was falling apart. It was being used for years as a storage room by the home owner, and was falling apart. After demolishing every single square foot inside the studio, and replacing the entire floor (wood trusses and all) it finally began to look like a unit again. All rotten plumbing was replaced by Fikon Corp Subcontractors, and our remodeling team transformed the unit into what it is now. We cant thank Citta Development enough for contacting us again to work on their investment properties.
