Coral Club Complete Renovation
The Coral Club Renovation was brought to us by a real estate development and investing company that was desperate to take the property and make it rent able. It was previously being rented for $900 in the West Kendall area, and after the renovations was quickly rented for $1350. The entire job took our crew 4 weeks, all materials were purchased by the manager from IKEA, and installed by Fikon Construction & renovations.
Coral Club Bathroom
This real estate manager contacted us online and wanted to renovate the entire apartment with the end goal to rent. The manager selected all the materials from IKEA, and approved our deigns. We had our plumbing crew install the bathtub, sink, shower, and toilet. our flooring crew installed the floor, and all the walls were repainted. 3 weeks later, the bathroom was ready for use.
Coral Club Kitchen
CITTA development acquisitions manager contacted us online, wanting to renovate an entire apartment with the end goal to rent. The manager selected all the materials, and approved our deigns. 4 week later, the kitchen was exactly as envisioned. We love when a plan comes together, and look forward to working with CITTA development in the future.

How We Realized The Idea And Beyond
Our client wanted a nice light apartment from the moment you stepped in the door. Lighting is essential in the modern home, and all the walls were painted white. The kitchen was extended past its original point to provide more space for cabinetry. All the floor was removed and re floored by our flooring experts. Our client needed the apartment ready in 2 months, and in only 4 weeks, they were signing their new lease. We’re looking forward to working with Citta investment & development in the future.
